Job summary

Lewis Brisbois, a leading AmLaw 100 firm, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to own the DMS and legal applications stack. You will design and optimize integrations, manage metadata, and support enterprise-wide workflows that drive matter management, records, and attorney productivity.

The role requires 5+ years supporting legal tech in large firms or professional services, with hands-on experience in iManage, NetDocuments and related tools, plus SSO and identity integrations.

Qualifications

• Design and support integrations between legal applications and enterprise systems.
• Utilize APIs, PowerShell, SQL, Power Automate, and middleware technologies.
• Manage metadata synchronization among DMS, practice management, records management, and security platforms.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OAuth, and Entra ID integrations.
• Experience with iManage, NetDocuments, Aderant, Elite, Litera, BigHand, Intapp, Relativity, or comparable systems.
• Experience with legal application integrations and enterprise software implementations.
• Experience working in a large multi-office professional services environment.
