A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a Senior Security Operations Engineer to enhance Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies across corporate and cloud environments. This remote role requires expertise in DLP tool deployment, strong incident response skills, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or security engineering roles with a focus on data protection.
• Hands-on experience with DLP tools (endpoint, network, SaaS) in a production environment.
• Experience with Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) or similar SaaS security controls.
• Knowledge of integrating DLP signals into SIEM/SOAR workflows.
• Scripting/automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for DLP telemetry.
• Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud data protection in AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead response to DLP and data security incidents, including investigation and remediation.
• Deploy and configure DLP controls to protect sensitive data.
• Develop and maintain DLP policies balancing security and usability.
• Build automated response playbooks for DLP alerts.
• Hunt for anomalous data movement using DLP telemetry.
• Partner with teams to enforce secure data-handling processes.
