Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking an experienced Senior Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Architect & Engineer to join our Cybersecurity organization in New Jersey. This role combines hands-on engineering with architectural design to build and continuously improve our enterprise DLP program across network, endpoint, and cloud in a highly regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information security with 5+ years in DLP architecture, engineering and leadership.
• Experience designing and operating network, endpoint, and cloud DLP at scale.
• Zscaler DLP design, deployment, tuning and operations required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Bachelor's in a technical field; advanced degrees/certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve enterprise DLP architecture across multiple channels.
• Deploy and tune DLP solutions across network and endpoints; build policy rules.
• Develop event monitoring pipelines and integrate DLP telemetry into SIEMs.
• Create automation workflows and playbooks for incident triage and response.
• Support audits and collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering.
