Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Cloud Data Security Engineer - Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to safeguard sensitive data across cloud, endpoint, email, and SaaS within a highly regulated environment.

You will lead enterprise DLP programs, drive data classification, and build automated detection and response in collaboration with Cybersecurity and Privacy teams, aligning with NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise DLP in large environments.
• Hands-on DLP policy creation across cloud, endpoint, email, and SaaS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Zero Trust.
• Proven ability to classify data types including PHI, PII, and PCI.
• Collaboration with security and business stakeholders to drive remediation.

Responsibilities

• Design and mature enterprise DLP strategies and controls across platforms.
• Lead end-to-end DLP program lifecycle including classification, labeling, and incident response.
• Architect cloud data protection across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
• Enforce data protection for AI/ML and generative AI platforms.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting to measure DLP posture.
• Partner with stakeholders to define data protection strategy and governance.
