Job summary

PVH is seeking an experienced Senior Data Loss Prevention Architect & Engineer to design, implement, and continually improve our enterprise DLP program across network, endpoint, and cloud environments. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to translate regulatory obligations into robust DLP controls and audit artifacts.

The role requires hands-on engineering leadership, PoC evaluations, and coordination with security operations to reduce risk and false positives while supporting SOX,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5 years in DLP architecture, engineering, and leadership.
• Experience designing and operating both network DLP (web, email, cloud) and endpoint DLP across large enterprises.
• Zscaler DLP - required; demonstrated design, implementation, policy development, tuning, and operations.
• Strong communication skills to translate risk to executive audiences and produce documentation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to enterprise DLP architecture across network, endpoint, email, and cloud channels.
• Deploy, configure, tune, and document DLP solutions at enterprise scale.
• Develop DLP policies aligned with data classification frameworks and labeling taxonomies.
• Build and maintain DLP policy rulesets, data dictionaries, and detectors for PII, MNPI, and trading data.
• Lead PoC evaluations and vendor assessments; drive change management and documentation.
