Job summary

Applied Research Associates (ARA) in Madison/Huntsville, AL seeks an Associate Division Manager to lead cross-functional production ramp-up, manufacturing readiness, and supply chain coordination. The ADM reports to the Division Manager and partners with Group Leaders and Program Managers to drive growth, readiness, and efficiency.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, staffing, policy development, and strategic planning, with a focus on transitioning from prototype to scalable production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years relevant work experience; OR Master's Degree and 8+ years relevant work experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a H.S. diploma and 16+ years' experience as Operations Manager in a DoW manufacturing field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of production ramp up activities and operational manufacturing readiness.
• Oversee supply chain coordination, schedule execution, and division performance.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and data-driven decision making.
• Mentor administrative and operations staff and coordinate with GLs and PMs.
• Support strategic planning, proposals, and division-wide governance.
