Job summary

People, Technology & Processes seeks a Dive Maintenance Technician/3M Supervisor to oversee maintenance for SCUBA systems and associated equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance per NAVSEA standards, manage inventories, and coordinate procurement for diving hardware.

Qualified candidates bring Navy Dive School certification, 5342 MDV1 or higher, and 3M Maintenance credentials; willingness to travel CONUS and supervise 3M tasks is essential.

Qualifications

Navy Dive School Certification (NEC 5342 MDV1 or higher).
NAVEDTRA 43910-(Series) certification or equivalent.
3M maintenance qualification and supervisor/QA credentials.

Responsibilities

Conducts preventative and corrective maintenance as mandated by OPNAV 4790 in 3M for open circuit items and equipment.
Travels CONUS to perform maintenance and inventories.
Schedules maintenance in PMS system and documents completion.
Instruments repair parts and procurement requirements; conducts spot inventories at remote training sites.
Assists with customer service, issue handling, and receipt of diving equipment.
