Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS, math, or related field.
• 5 years of software development experience in one or more languages (Java, C++, Python, Go).
• 3 years testing, maintaining, or launching software, plus 1 year in design/architecture.
• 3 years building large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks.
• 1 year experience with query optimization, distributed caching, data replication or memory efficiency tools.

Responsibilities

• Write and test code in Java, C++, Python, or Go to design distributed caching and database architectures.
• Lead design reviews to decide technologies for global Ads storage and scaling systems.
• Review code to ensure testing quality, maintainability, and resource efficiency.
• Contribute to documentation and education content on resource governance standards.
• Triage issues and debug impacts on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
