Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong coding skills in C++, with emphasis on code quality.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems; experience with HDFS, Ceph and Kafka.
• Independent thinker with systematic problem-solving abilities.
• Fast learner with good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize modules of distributed storage systems (pooled, object, block/file) and related storage tech.
• Improve stability, performance, and cost efficiency based on business needs.
• Drive project execution, write design docs, and own implementation and testing.
• Provide on-call support and address production issues to optimize the system.
• Participate in deployment, site reliability, and build deep expertise in system design.
