Job summary

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Virginia Pharmacy Technician Registration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of pharmacy technician or regulated dispensing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and service.
• Support patient intake, registration verification, and certification eligibility review.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient, dispensing, and inventory records in POS and inventory systems.
• Coordinate, prepare, verify, organize, and stage patient online pre-orders.
• Support curbside pickup, reservation, and fulfillment programs when applicable.
• Promote a positive patient experience and resolve concerns with proper escalation.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Lead daily shift huddles and operational briefings.
