RealmOne seeks an Integrated Discovery Analyst 3 to support analytics, optimize data access, and coordinate with mission managers in a high-stakes Enterprise IT environment. You will develop targets of interest, analyze data collection, and advise on access strategies across global networks.

Mandarin proficiency is required for collaboration with diverse teams. The role emphasizes data and voice communications, troubleshooting dataflow issues, and working with leadership to assess collection

Qualifications

• At least ten years demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support.
• Within the last ten years, at least five years with modern digital/optical telecom systems and protocols, telephony switching networks, and/or internet communications.
• Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin languageWork with Stakeholders and Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Site Collection/Mission Managers and provide feedback on access.
• Optimize/extend collection while leveraging midpoint accesses.
• Review categories/collection tasking; recommend changes.
• Work with other organizations to troubleshoot dataflow, processing and content quality issues.
• Must have strong communication skills.
