Discipline Engineers will be part of a multi-disciplinary technical team of dedicated engineers and scientists responsible for applying GEH's new plant technology to prospective sites, including comprehensive engineering input for new plant proposals, early works agreements, and new product offerings.
In this position, the I&C Systems Discipline Engineer will determine how standard plant design will meet specific application requirements, codes, and standards while incorporating new product modifications. You will focus on providing detailed statements of work, proposal write-ups, engineering estimates, schedule development, and risk assessments to support site selection, permitting, and licensing milestones. Coordination with functional managers for departures from standard products will be necessary to produce cost, cycle, and risk estimates for new plant opportunities. You will also be responsible for delivering early works projects and new product developments on time and within budget, partnering with internal and external technical teams.
The preferred location is Wilmington, NC, but remote candidates will be considered. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally (15% if remote). Final offers depend on obtaining U.S. export-controlled information access.
