Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing Windows APIs and key IP technologies such as Camera, Audio, Video, AI.
• Experience with Windows ecosystem and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and technical competitive analysis of Qualcomm APIs and gaps.
• Define a comprehensive roadmap for APIs/SDKs across IP blocks (Camera, A/V, NPU, LPI, GPU, GPS).
• Execute the roadmap with cross-functional teams; align on product definitions.
• Develop a strong GTM strategy for APIs to developers via SDKs and drivers.
• Influence external developer/partner integrations and drive new API opportunities.
• Lead product launches through technical marketing and customer engagements.
