Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MA/MS preferred.
• 10 years of business management experience in a managed care environment; experience managing large vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic contractual and business relationships with vendors to optimize quality, service and cost.
• Monitor vendor relationships by designing and executing audits and evaluations of financial and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and accreditation mandates; manage governance, SLAs, and KPI reporting.
• Communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders; coordinate with PLA staff as needed.
