Centene Corporation in Florida is seeking a senior leader to strategically develop and manage vendor relationships with dental, vision, pharmacy and transportation providers. The role oversees contractual, financial, network adequacy, utilization and quality management to ensure regulatory compliance and plan goals.

You will lead governance, audits, performance metrics, and communications with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS - Bachelor’s degree required; MA/MS preferred.
• 10 years of related health care management experience managing large vendor relationships.
• Experience in a managed care environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage strategic contractual and business relationships with major vendors to optimize quality, service and cost outcomes.
• Monitor operational and financial performance through audits and KPI reporting to ensure contract compliance.
• Ensure vendor activities meet legal, regulatory and accreditation standards and align with plan goals.
• Lead governance processes and coordinate communications with internal teams and vendors.
• Oversee cross-functional efforts from project inception through implementation and ongoing oversight.
