THE OPPORTUNITY:As our Senior Director of Product Design, reporting to VP of Product Management, you'll be the driving force behind our Revenue Orchestration platform that not only meets needs but also exceeds expectations. You'll strategically enhance product value, amplify brand resonance, and architect customer experiences that genuinely matter. It is Salesloft’s intent to pay all Lofters competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Salesloft’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay with our organization.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Base Pay Range
$200,000—$250,000 USD
