Job summary

Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical is seeking a Senior Director of US Marketing to direct all marketing initiatives for Dojolvi and Mepsevii in the US, reporting to the US Marketing Lead. The role requires deep metabolic rare disease marketing experience, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to execute strategic brand plans and tactical programs.

Remote work is allowed with travel to offices as needed; the role has 30% US travel and offers bonus and equity incentives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales and marketing experience in biopharmaceuticals.
• Experience in rare/ultra-rare disease; metabolic genetics desirable.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dojolvi/Mepsevii US marketing team.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal and other functions on brand plans.
• Develop annual brand plans, budgets, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive US brand strategy including patient support, professional comms, and KOL engagement.
• Identify barriers to patient access and advance disease awareness and product adoption.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across marketing activities.
