Responsibilities

• Lead and develop trial management leaders, setting clear performance expectations and driving execution.
• Standardize and improve trial management best practices, tools, and operating rhythms across programs.
• Drive harmonization of trial management processes across collaborators to support a scalable operating model.
• Provide oversight across clinical programs to ensure delivery against timelines, quality, budgets, and study goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support aligned study execution and governance.
