Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and revolving lines of credit.
• Oversee investment of corporate cash in alignment with policy and risk appetite.
• Develop treasury policies, controls, and reporting; ensure debt covenant compliance.
