Job summary

Advocate Health in Milwaukee is seeking a Transplant Program Administrator to oversee daily operations and coordinate transplant services. You will serve as the clinical and operations expert for the transplant program(s) and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, staff recruitment, budget oversight, policy development, and compliance with national standards such as UNOS, CMS and TJC.

Qualifications

• RN/NP/PA-C/RPh degree required and licensed.
• Advanced clinical degree required; leadership experience in transplant preferred.
• 5 years leadership experience; 3 years in transplant leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of transplant programs.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Develop staffing plans, budgets, and vendor/policy compliance.
• Coordinate policy development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with UNOS, CMS, and TJC standards.
