Qualifications

• 7+ years of translational oncology research experience in academia and industry (MD) or 10+ years (PhD/PharmD).
• Deep knowledge of biomarker technologies and assay validation; familiarity with disease biology and drug mechanism.
• Experience leading cross-functional translational programs and interacting with external experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the translational plan for the program across indications.
• Define key scientific questions and translational strategy milestones.
• With Companion Diagnostics, develop a plan for diagnostics across indications and partnerships.
• Identify external experts and monitor external research programs.
• Construct translational plan documents and biomarker statistics plans; assist clinical development plans and regulatory submissions.
• Support commercial strategy including patient selection and participate in advisory panels.
