TAG is a subsidiary of A&M and specializes in financial and accounting buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence, capital markets, accounting advisory, global transaction analytics, environmental, technical & sustainability (ETS) advisory and related M&A services for private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family office and corporate clients worldwide.
As a Senior Director you will work with a highly motivated team on a variety of interesting projects across manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, restaurants, business and industrial services, healthcare, software & technology, energy and financial services. Your approach combines operational, functional and industry expertise with Big Four‑quality financial accounting and tax services to drive value throughout the investment lifecycle.

The base salary is $225,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week qualify for a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and a discretionary contribution to the 401(k).
