Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence. Based in multiple U.S. offices, you will lead buy-/sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients, guiding management and lenders, and delivering integrated analyses with GAAP accuracy.

We are seeking a Director to bring their energy, passion, and expertise to help our clients get the answers they need to get the deal done. The role is based in New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Nashville, Los Angeles, and San Francisco and focuses on providing private‑equity and corporate clients buy‑side and sell‑side financial accounting due diligence. Responsibilities include engaging with management, advising on transaction risks, and delivering integrated due‑diligence services that combine operational, functional, and industry expertise with Big Four quality financial accounting and tax services.

The base salary is $200,000 annually, dependent on multiple variables such as education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M also offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
