Role summary

The Senior Director, Technology Operations - Channel Partner Success leads the development and execution of organizational vision through comprehensive market analysis and strategic planning. This role oversees transformational change initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional business programs to enhance operational performance. By fostering strong partnerships and guiding talent development, the position ensures alignment with business objectives and drives sustainable growth. The role requires effective communication of progress and results to senior leadership while promoting continuous learning and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.

About the team

The team partners closely with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap for Walmart’s Channel Partner platform. It advocates for partner needs while defining API strategy, developer experience, onboarding, technical integrations, and platform consistency across global markets. The team drives growth in partner-enabled Marketplace GMV, expands in-demand assortments, accelerates API adoption, and enhances partner onboarding. It ensures scalable governance and strong alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketplace, and regional teams. Focused on strategic prioritization and process improvement, the team supports business development and operational excellence to deliver measurable results and elevate the partner experience worldwide.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
