Responsibilities

• Supervise 3 competence centers: Mechanical, A&C (Automation and Control), and Process teams.
• Directly manage 25–30 resources and dotted-line leadership of 5–10 in Asia.
• Expand reach beyond incumbent countries as Semiconductor Materials globalizes.
• Coordinate with design disciplines for efficient project execution and transfer of requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal engineering project execution standards and safety culture.
