• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific, engineering, computing, or quantitative discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience leading complex programs.
• Experience with AI/ML, advanced manufacturing, or regulatory science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Development and Maturation: translate needs into technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Shape the Technology Development Portfolio: identify opportunities and define use cases and outcomes.
• Lead Strategic R&D Programs: convert opportunities into executable multidisciplinary programs.
• Build Technology Capability and Partnerships: develop capabilities and partnerships inside and outside USP.
• Scale, Validate, and Transition Technologies: establish validation and transition strategies for deployment.
