The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Sr Director of Tax to lead and enhance the firm’s tax operations. The Wealth Management Tax division provides investment management and comprehensive financial planning services to individuals, families, and privately-owned business owners. Our Institutional Division serves retirement plan sponsors as a “Chief Retirement Plan Officer”, providing fiduciary investment advice, plan governance, and participant education services, in addition to providing institutional investment services to foundations, endowments, and private family offices.
Job Summary
The Sr Director of Tax will serve clients and financial advisory teams as a resource for tax planning and strategy and will work to integrate tax planning into comprehensive financial plans for qualified clients. The Sr Director of Tax will have a strong background in tax planning, compliance, and preparation, with the ability to analyze complex financial situations and provide strategic insights. This role involves reviewing tax returns, advising clients on tax strategies, and collaborating with wealth management teams to integrate and implement tax planning into overall financial strategies.

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 + bonuses (based on experience)
PTO: 3 weeks + major holidays
Sick Time: Generous and flexible
