Share Our Strength is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Partnerships to lead a national talent partnerships strategy anchored in authenticity and mission alignment. You will secure new mission-aligned talent, cultivate supporters, and expand No Kid Hungry’s presence across entertainment and sports industries with creative activations.

The role requires 8+ years in talent relations or related fields, exceptional writing and presentation skills, and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in talent relations, marketing, public relations, or related industries.
Strong leadership in developing and implementing engagement strategies.
Strategic, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
Excellent problem-solving, presentation and collaboration skills.
Entertainment industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead talent partnership strategy and programming, recruitment, stewardship, and engagement opportunities.
Act as a brand ambassador within the entertainment industry to activate culture-first engagement.
Track trends in entertainment, influencer marketing and social impact.
Build relationships with celebrities, agencies, managers, and industry executives.
Oversee talent engagement processes, onboarding, and stewardship models.
Design and execute engagement activations aligned with mission and priorities.
Collaborate with advocacy, marketing and PR teams to amplify strategies and develop story ideas.
