Responsibilities

• Lead and/or develop and execute exceptionally complex projects spanning electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms and software design.
• Spearhead R&D of new technologies as appropriate.
• Ensure market requirement specifications are valid and attainable with Marketing.
• Use systems analysis to review specifications and influence product engineering and software.
• Interface with other divisions to resolve design and architecture issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot engineering problems extending technology boundaries.
• Develop and assure that system architecture processes are met.
• Review and refine system engineering test results and ideas.
• Coordinate with vendors to develop competitive products.
• Support system integration during assembly and final testing.
