You will partner with planning, inventory, data, and business teams to translate needs into scalable processes and measurable outcomes, guiding tool readiness and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or related fields within a global enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and master data management (MDM) principles.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale transformations from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply chain transformation strategy and capability roadmap, defining future-state models and value cases.
• Support planning and inventory management by defining business outcomes and data requirements.
• Lead the supply chain business data strategy, including MDM requirements and data quality rules.
• Coordinate UAT and design pilots to validate business readiness for new tools.
• Lead end-to-end business transformation, including process redesign and stakeholder alignment.
• Serve as a trusted partner for enterprise teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish governance and standards for supply chain data and business requirements.
