Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of Manufacturing Strategy and PLM to shape the global equipment platforms, defining standards, processes, and partner strategies that enable scalable, market-ready solutions from concept to deployment.

You will drive PLM as the enterprise backbone, oversee NPI execution, supplier governance, audits, and change management, and collaborate across engineering, procurement, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing teams to accelerate speed-to-market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical field.
15+ years of progressive experience in equipment manufacturing strategy, new product industrialization, PLM governance, supplier quality, and global supply chain leadership.
Expertise in manufacturing business model selection (OEM, JDM, contract manufacturing) for regulated/high-precision industries.
Proven success in global supplier qualification, audits, and governance programs.
Deep knowledge of PLM as a business capability, including engineering change workflows and lifecycle traceability; Windchill and Creo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and lead global manufacturing strategy for equipment platforms, selecting optimal partner models based on roadmap, scalability, cost, and IP strategy.
Set and enforce world-class manufacturing standards for quality, performance, safety, and process control.
Own manufacturing readiness for new product introductions from concept through deployment across units and bottlers.
Govern supplier performance programs including qualification, audits, and corrective actions.
Oversee facility authorization and global audit processes to safeguard quality and continuity.
Establish PLM strategy as enterprise digital backbone with lifecycle traceability and automated governance.
Ensure CAD and PLM integration supports modular architecture and cross‑functional workflows.
Build interfaces between engineering, procurement, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing teams for scale.
Drive modernization of PLM platforms to enable SaaS, scalability, and feedback into product development.
Develop capability roadmaps for strategic suppliers and close gaps to Coca‑Cola standards.
Lead, develop, and coach a high‑performance team overseeing PLM and design-to-manufacturing workflows.
