Job summary

Vizient is seeking a senior leader to own the Strategy Intelligence FFS analytics portfolio, accountable for delivery, staffing, pricing, and client value across engagements from scoping to delivery. You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with Sales and Integrated Insights, translate client objectives into measurable outcomes, and develop talent within the function.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• Progressive leadership across analytics, insights, or consulting teams.
• Experience leading fee-for-service or SOW-based engagements.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with revenue, margin oversight.
• Executive communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategy Intelligence FFS analytics portfolio with accountability for delivery, outcomes, and client value.
• Manage and develop FFS analytic staff, aligning staffing with portfolio demand.
• Own key performance indicators: revenue, margin, utilization, quality.
• Partner with Sales to scope, price, package, staff, and deliver engagements.
• Oversee SOW-based engagements from scoping through delivery.
• Lead analytics across market, growth, competitive, and financial domains into actionable insights.
• Align activities across Clinical, Operational, Dedicated Analyst, Integrated Insights teams.
• Represent FFS analytics in executive and client forums.
• Develop talent, leadership pathways, and succession plans.
