Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a strategic leader to drive the Strategy Intelligence fee-for-service analytics portfolio, accountable for delivery, pricing, staffing, and client value from scoping through completion.

You will lead and develop analytics talent, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to strengthen offerings, and translate engagements into repeatable insights that address evolving client needs in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• Progressive leadership across analytics, insights, or consulting.
• Experience leading fee-for-service or SOW-based engagements.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with revenue, margin oversight.
• Experience building and managing SOWs with objectives and timelines.
• Experience delivering strategy-oriented analytics in healthcare domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategy Intelligence FFS analytics portfolio and ensure delivery quality.
• Staff and develop analytics personnel to meet portfolio demand.
• Own revenue, margin, utilization, and client value KPIs using data.
• Scope, price, package, staff, and deliver FFS engagements with clear SOWs.
• Oversee SOW-based engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Translate client objectives into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent client experience.
