Job summary

Trulioo seeks a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Development to shape strategic direction and translate it into coordinated action across the business. Working with the Chief Risk & Strategy Officer, you will evolve the strategic blueprint and align priorities, investments, and governance for long-term advantage.

This enterprise leader will integrate customer, competitive, regulatory, economic, industry, and product insights to test assumptions, identify opportunities and manage risks

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in strategy, corporate development or related roles.
• Significant experience in payments/fintech/identity/RegTech.
• Builder mindset with experience deploying AI tools and models.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global programs.

Responsibilities

• Test strategy against market forces, regulatory developments, customer needs and tech shifts.
• Prepare strategic recommendations for executives, Board, and external advisors.
• Design scenario analyses for market outcomes, investments, and disruptions.
• Identify material risks and integrate into enterprise governance.
• Develop points of view on competitive positioning and long-term capabilities.
• Co-lead strategy reviews and adjust the strategic blueprint as needed.
• Translate strategy into enterprise priorities, goals, and roadmaps.
• Align functional strategies, investments and KPIs with strategic direction.
• Define scope and governance for major strategic programs.
• Lead governance forums and ensure clear decision-making paths.
