Role Overview

We are seeking a OneProperty/Specialty Transformation Lead to quarterback the OneProperty and Specialty program within Frontier. As Property & Specialty moves from planning toward execution - with multiple lines of business coming online over time - this role is the program’s quarterback and a key point of contact for the business.

The Transformation Lead orchestrates cross-functional work across OneProperty/Specialty: framing the executive narrative, shaping the program’s cadences and governance, integrating the plan across domains, holding contributors accountable to commitments, and ensuring the organization is ready for launch. The TL partners as a peer with the OneProperty Product Portfolio Owner (PPO): the TL quarterbacks the program; the PPO owns the solution.

This position may have in-office requirements dependent upon candidate location.

What You’ll Do

Program Quarterbacking & Point of Contact

• Serve as the quarterback and key point of contact for the OneProperty/Specialty program.
• Frame and drive executive cadences and materials (e.g., SteerCo), convening the right people and holding each team accountable for their content and commitments.
• Keep leadership current with a clear, honest narrative on status, risks, and needs.

Planning, Sequencing & Dependencies

• Own and integrate the LOBs components of the Executive Program Plan (EPP) - milestones, cross-program dependencies, and risks - pulling inputs from the domains (the domain PPOs).
• Ensure the plan is realistic, sequenced, and accounts for concurrency across multiple P&S lines and for shared resources with other Frontier programs (e.g., Auto).

Governance & Readiness

• Shape the governance the program needs in partnership with the FIS Enablement team.
• Hold the change-management (OCM) connection for the line of business, partnering with Knowledge, Development & Solutions (KDS) and the domain PPOs (especially Service) on change impact and adoption.

Partnership

• Partner as a peer with the OneProperty PPO (solution owner), the domain PPOs (domain depth), the Enablement team (process, governance, reporting), Technology/EMO, and the business.
• Bring the right stakeholders together to resolve sequencing conflicts, dependencies, and trade-offs - convening, not replacing, the people closest to the work.

• Bachelor`s degree and minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience
• Strategic mindset and ability to work cross functionally at a fast pace.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic initiatives, influencing without authority across a wide range of groups.
• Strong business acumen and ability to participate in strategic business discussion with executives;
• Excellent communication skills–written and verbal, utilizing the appropriate medium to align, influence, and drive clarity in ownership of key work.
• Quantitative skills with the ability to define and measure success of key initiatives against overall goals.
