Autonomize AI in Austin, with remote options, seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Growth to partner with national and regional health plans. You’ll own strategic opportunities from executive engagement through long-term partnerships, shaping AI-enabled transformations that improve operations and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise healthcare business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
• Experience with national or regional health plans.
• Proven success leading complex enterprise partnerships and revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of payer operations.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic health plan opportunities from executive engagement through partnerships.
• Lead executive conversations to modernize operations and knowledge workflows with AI.
• Learn customer business, map stakeholders, quantify pain points, and build ROI-based business cases.
• Identify whitespace and develop multi-year account strategies to expand footprint.
• Build credibility with C-suite executives while coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, including negotiations and procurement.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Marketing, and Leadership to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Identify market trends and payer priorities to refine product strategy and go-to-market.
