The role reports to the Plant Manager and leads multiple manufacturing departments, driving safety, quality, cost, and on-time release across aseptic, compounding, and sterilization processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of large, technically complex pharma manufacturing operations.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing in a cGMP environment.
• 5+ years of progressive management with broad organizational responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple production areas and shifts.
• Develop and execute manufacturing plans meeting quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Lead managers to achieve safety, quality, and operational goals.
• Build capability through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Optimize resources, overhead, and material utilization to meet annual targets.
• Drive productivity, reduce defects, and minimize scrap and rework.
