Job summary

Par Health, Inc. in Rochester, NY, seeks a Senior Director of Engineering to provide strategic and operational leadership for all engineering-related functions at the state-of-the-art aseptic fill-finish facility.

You will ensure reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment, automation, facilities, and utilities to support cGMP operations. You will develop site engineering strategy, standards, and capital programs, lead cross-functional teams, and drive safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering required.
• 10–15+ years of progressive engineering leadership in pharma/manufacturing.
• Experience with aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing; cGMP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop site engineering vision, strategy, and long-range plans.
• Lead engineering, maintenance, facilities, utilities, reliability, automation, and project execution.
• Drive compliance with ALCOA data integrity, cGMP, and quality standards.
• Coordinate safety programs and regulatory inspections readiness.
• Mentor leaders, manage performance, and build organizational capability.
• Drive plant improvements to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
