Qualifications

  • Experience negotiating complex media rights agreements.
  • Proven leadership across senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of rights management and monetization.
  • Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sports rights acquisitions and negotiations for ESPN and TWDC.
  • Oversee content licensing, contract administration, and rights management.
  • Partner with Programming, Legal, Ad Sales, and Finance to maximize value.
  • Develop scalable processes and governance for rights management.
  • Ensure compliance across platforms including linear, digital, streaming, and D2C.
