Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr Director of Software Engineering for Shopping. You will lead multiple teams delivering customer-facing web/mobile apps, RESTful services, and data-driven backend systems.

Expect mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing tech experimentation to keep us at the forefront of cloud-native engineering. You will drive monolith-to-microservice transitions, ensure availability and scalability, and coordinate with product managers to shape capabilities and testing
