What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum 5 years’ experience within a healthcare IT vendor or comparable experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Knowledge of technologies such as Oracle, Java, Java Script, and AWS/Cloud

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Six or more years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise-wide programs
- Familiarity with Jira and experience managing offshore development teams
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Experience with Scaled Agile methodology
