Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field with 7+ years in software engineering (or 9+ years).
4 years of supervisory experience.
Experience leading AI/ML-enhanced software teams and cloud-native technologies.
Expertise in architecture, system design, and scalable platforms across multiple languages.
Strong project/program management, milestones, and risk mitigation.
Ability to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and competitive trends.
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Expertise in software architecture, system design, and scalable platform development across multiple programming languages and frameworks
Strong project and program management skills, including milestone tracking and risk mitigation
Ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and competitive trends
Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
