Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in small molecule drug substance process or manufacturing operations.
• 7+ years with advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven track record in tech transfer, PPQ, process validation, and lifecycle management.
• Strong GMP, ICH guidelines, process safety, and quality systems; inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own site-level product introductions and technology transfer strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Science, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory.
• Drive risk assessment, control strategies, and right-first-time introductions.
• Lead technical investigations and ensure regulatory readiness.
