Job Duties:

1. Manage and lead the AI/ML team, setting clear objectives and ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
2. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions, ensuring quality standards and business requirements are met.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, IT, Product Development, and Operations to integrate AI/ML capabilities.
4. Monitor industry trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements to adopt best practices in AI/ML.
5. Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
6. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

This position allows 100% telecommuting from any location in the U.S., with 20% domestic travel required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Service Manager of Digital Mindset, IT Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or related roles.
• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in:

• Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and other AI domains such as Large Language Models, Cognitive Technologies, and Machine Learning.
• Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• AI, Gen AI, Automation, RAG, RPA.

Offered Wage: $229,400 - $382,300/year
