A global apparel group is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Senior Sales Director to lead growth across the off-price retail channel.

This is a leadership role for an experienced sales executive with an demonstrable experience in winning new business in the off-price landscape and strong relationships with key retailers.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of opening new doors, scaling revenue, and building long-term partnerships in a fast-moving, product-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for off-price retail, identifying new category opportunities and scaling across key accounts.
  • Retail Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with major off-price players—translating account needs into tailored product solutions and sustainable growth plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to align product development with retailer-specific goals and cost structures.
  • Market Analysis: Assess trends, analyze competitor activity, and uncover white-space opportunities to position the business competitively in the off-price market.
  • Category Expansion: Lead initiatives to expand into new product categories and channels aligned with business objectives and account demand.
