We seek to support revolutionary radiotherapies for treatments of various cancers through the supply of radioisotopes. TerraPower currently has unique access to a supply of thorium for the long-term production of actinium-225 in the growing alpha therapy market and intends to expand into other nuclear related medical treatments.

The TerraPower Isotopes program is an integral part of the Washington State based TerraPower team, a company working to raise living standards globally. In 2006, the company originated with Bill Gates and a group of like-minded visionaries who evaluated the fundamental challenges to raising living standards around the world. TerraPower’s mission is to be a world leader in new nuclear technologies, while developing innovators and future leaders in the nuclear field.

TPI is seeking to hire highly motivated and forward-thinking professionals who are interested in focusing on advanced radiopharmaceutical applications and influencing change within nuclear medicine. • Hold personal accountability for long-term strategic relationships with customers representing more than $5M/yr in TPI’s revenue

  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer segmentation through contract negotiation, closure, and renewal

  • Recommend pricing, segmentation, and go-to-market positioning to the Vice President of Commercial and Strategy, and execute the approved approach in the field

  • Build and qualify the opportunity pipeline across pharmaceutical companies, radiopharmacies, hospitals, and distributors, prioritizing against available production capacity

  • Serve as the senior point of escalation for customer issues, engaging the Vice President of Commercial and Strategy on matters requiring executive intervention

  • Set and measure customer experience standards covering retention, satisfaction, and responsiveness

  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality leadership so commercial commitments align with manufacturing capacity, supply security, and regulatory posture

  • Support customer audits, quality agreements, and supply chain documentation requests in coordination with Quality and Regulatory Affairs

  • Lead a team of approximately four sales and account management professionals, including hiring, coaching, workload allocation, and performance management

  • Set individual and team performance metrics tied to revenue, retention, and service quality, and hold direct reports accountable to them

  • Define new seats and specializations ahead of demand as TPI scales its production capability and customer base

  • Track competitor pricing, capacity announcements, and customer preferences across the nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical market

  • Translate field intelligence into recommendations on segmentation, positioning, and contract structure

  • Monitor market access and reimbursement developments affecting adoption of alpha therapies

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or commercial operations within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or a related highly regulated industry.

  • Demonstrated record of carrying and delivering a revenue number of comparable scale.

  • Deep expertise in the radiopharmaceutical or nuclear medicine market, including isotope logistics, decay-constrained distribution, and nuclear pharmacy operations.

  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, negotiating multi-year supply agreements, and developing long-term client relationships.
