Raymond James seeks a Director, Risk Data & Analytics to lead the analysis, design, and ongoing support of data, reporting, and analytics across Risk Management. You will partner with stakeholders to expand data capabilities, improve risk reporting, and drive value from data initiatives.

The role manages teams and delivery resources, aligns work with strategy, and champions modular design and observability to support regulatory expectations and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in CS/Finance/MIS/Risk Management required.
• 10–15 years general experience; 6–10 years of managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of risk data, analytics, and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, development, and support of data, reporting, analytics.
• Manage data transformation, entity consolidation, and risk aggregation for reporting.
• Build stakeholder relationships and translate needs into data requirements.
