Raymond James is seeking a Director of Risk Data & Analytics to lead the analysis, design, and ongoing support of data, reporting, and analytics across Risk Management. You will partner with Risk Stripe Leads, CROs, and Risk Technology to expand risk measurement and improve reporting.

The role requires 10–15 years in risk data/analytics, strong leadership, and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions. This is a hybrid role with broad strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in CS, Finance, MIS, and Risk Management.
• Extensive experience (10–15 years) in risk data, analytics, and management.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, development, and support of data, reporting, and analytics across RJF Risk Management.
• Serve as SME on Risk data ecosystem and capabilities; partner with stakeholders to expand risk measurement.
• Manage team members and delivery resources aligned with strategic roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and delivery artifacts.
• Provide ad hoc reporting, visualization, and analytical support for regulatory and executive inquiries.
