  • Extensive functional expertise with major EHR and practice management platforms, such as AthenaHealth, Epic, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state healthcare organizations experiencing rapid growth, operational transformation, or organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare billing, claims management, payer workflows, reimbursement processes, and revenue integrity.
  • Proven ability to manage, assess, and optimize external revenue cycle vendors, technology providers, and service-level agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes, interpret operational metrics, and translate findings into measurable improvements.
  • Executive-level communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and manage competing priorities.
