Supermicro is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Revenue Accounting to lead the worldwide revenue accounting team and mentor a group of Revenue Managers and Sr. Revenue Analysts.

The role is a hands-on technical leadership position focusing on ASC 606, interfacing with sales, legal, operations, and auditors to drive best practices, policy development, and efficient close processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license.
• 15–18 years of progressive revenue recognition and accounting experience in Big 4 and public companies with complex revenue streams.
• Deep expertise in ASC606 and related guidance for hardware, software, services revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high performing revenue organization with mentors and managers.
• Own complex revenue recognition matters under ASC606 and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations and external auditors.
• Develop policies, controls and governance for revenue reporting.
